All agreements, contracts, and payments for services are made directly between you and the service provider. EventBridge is not a party to any such agreement. You are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, terms, and suitability of any provider before entering into an agreement.
Basic enquiries and provider matching are provided free of charge to clients. If any consulting or coordination fees apply, they will be communicated to you explicitly and in advance. No charges will be applied without your prior consent.
EventBridge earns revenue through referral commissions from service providers and optional listing fees paid by providers. These costs are borne by the providers and are not passed on to you.
EventBridge's liability is limited strictly to the referral and coordination services it provides. We are not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from services provided by third-party vendors introduced through our platform.
In no event shall EventBridge's total liability to you exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to EventBridge for coordination services.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information about service providers on our platform. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Provider details, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of EventBridge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
