No. EventBridge is a consulting and coordination platform. We do not directly provide any event or wedding services. Our role is to understand your requirements and connect you with independent, third-party service providers from our curated network.

Enquiring and getting matched with providers is free of charge. You only pay the service providers directly for the services you choose to book. If any consulting or coordination fees apply, they will always be communicated to you upfront before any engagement — there are no surprise charges.

We review each provider before adding them to our network. This includes checking their portfolio, client feedback, professional conduct, and reliability. However, we recommend that you independently verify any provider before finalising a booking.

While we carefully curate our network, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or service quality. All agreements, contracts, and payments are directly between you and the service provider. We act as an introducer only, and our liability is limited to the referral service we provide.

We earn through referral commissions paid by service providers when a booking is made through our platform. Providers may also pay listing or featured placement fees. These costs are borne by the providers — not passed on to you as a client.

We are currently based in Mumbai and have a growing network of providers across major cities in India. Please contact us to check availability in your specific location.

We typically respond within a few hours of receiving your enquiry. After understanding your requirements, we usually share suitable provider options within 24–48 hours, depending on availability and the specificity of your needs.

Yes. We can connect you with multiple providers so you can compare options, pricing, and portfolios before making a decision. There is no obligation to book any provider we recommend.

The more details you share, the better we can match you. Helpful information includes: event type (wedding, birthday, corporate), event date, location, approximate guest count, budget range, and any specific requirements or preferences you have.

We only collect information necessary to match you with providers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your contact details may be shared with the specific providers relevant to your enquiry, with your implicit consent when you submit an enquiry. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
